Balance: How to keep it.

One of the ideas that I like to live by is the idea of “Balance”. it’s also one of the toughest ideas to maintain. How does one achieve or acquire balance? What standards does balance qualify? When is one prioritizing the wrong things in the sake of “Balance”. These are all different question that tend to never truly get answered. It is also questions I have been asking myself quite recently, in fact.

Dealing with work and a new position can be challenging for many people, especially if there is outstanding workplace drama. I have been in that type of situation and it can be difficult. I have finally managed to get some time to get into a groove of getting things done (although the guilt of lounging around all day kind of helps me in my task).

I have found that there is not just one way that one might attain balance and there are, in fact, a multitude ways. some people create lists, some use apps, some just kind of will themselves, but for me, this only seemed to be a stopgap.

Like I love to draw and to write and I have so many ideas but how does one find the time to do them all. It’s like a neverending consumption of time and you have to prioritize is all. It’s kind of crazy in theory. I don’t have all the answers but I’ve realized that the only effective way to keep balance is to just take it one day at a time.

By trying to balance multiple days in advance, many will end up just falling off but by doing just one day of tasks that need to be done in conjunction with some interesting and fun things, it can help improve your outlook and keep balance.
